Michael J. Crowe
Personal Injury Attorney, Founder
Personal Injury Law, specifically private passenger and 18-wheeler crashes, is my chosen practice area for many reasons - most of which surrounds the importance of crash victims having strong and knowledgeable representation.
If you are in a car crash - you need a lawyer, period.
Such representation is necessary as injured parties must combat the difficulties that most of us anticipate after a car wreck. The hidden and oftentimes misunderstood difficulties surround navigating communication and leverage of billion dollar insurance corporations.
In my opinion, there are two necessary aspects to successful representation in Arkansas & Texas:
First - we communicate with the insurance company so you don’t have to.
We handle all communication on behalf our clients to instantly relieve the stress that comes from being in a crash.
Secondly - having innate knowledge of the law to use as both a sword and a shield for protection and retribution.
Car wreck cases aren’t what they used to be. Everyone is trying to make money and you need someone representing you that knows the rules and how to play the game appropriately.
Mack Ivy
Criminal Defense Attorney
Mack brings a unique perspective to criminal defense, having served on both sides of the courtroom. Before dedicating his practice to defending individuals accused of crimes, he worked as a prosecutor handling serious and complex felony cases.
That experience gave him firsthand insight into how law enforcement builds cases, how prosecutors assess evidence, and the strategies used to pursue convictions. Today, he applies that knowledge to protecting the rights of clients facing criminal charges in both state and federal courts.
What Mack has extensive experience with high-level felony matters, including homicide, drug conspiracies, firearms offenses, and serious sex crime allegations. He has also handled complex federal cases involving multi-defendant indictments, conspiracy charges, and lengthy jury trials.
Drawing on his background as both a prosecutor and defense attorney, Mack develops strategic, results-driven defenses designed to challenge the government's case, protect his clients' rights, and pursue the best possible outcome.
